Tim is a full member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC) and graduated from the Northern College of Acupuncture in 2005.
He has extensive experience in private practice and runs his own clinic, Tim Spauls Acupuncture, in Chester. He has also worked as part of the acupuncture service at the Hewitt Centre for Fertility at Liverpool Women’s Hospital, providing acupuncture alongside conventional fertility treatment, including for people undergoing IVF.
Since qualifying, Tim has worked alongside Pam Bescoby at Hale Acupuncture Clinic, gaining many years of experience treating a wide range of patients and conditions.
Tim has undertaken postgraduate training in Electroacupuncture, as well as further training with Phil McQueen in musculoskeletal bodywork techniques. He may incorporate these techniques alongside acupuncture where appropriate, tailoring treatment to the individual.
